To guarantee that you are truly ready to care for yourself and function independently at home, we offer a simulated home environment to our occupational therapy patients. At our studio apartment setting, designed to simulate a home environment, you will be able to improve your ability to do daily activities such as dressing, cooking and laundering. This not only helps Cambridge Manor monitor your progress, it will help you feel confident about returning home. There will be, however, certain individuals who will need the assistance of others upon returning home. Our social work staff will help with all aspects of your discharge home including any specialized equipment, nursing care or continued rehabilitative services.
